CNC Machine Tool Processing Manipulator
The CNC machine tool processing manipulator is mainly responsible for tasks such as automatic loading and unloading of workpieces, transfer between processes, and clamping positioning. Equipped with a vision system, it can grab blanks from the silo and load them into the machine tool fixture, and remove the processed workpieces from the fixture to place them in the finished product area or on the conveyor line of the next process. The manipulator can preliminarily inspect whether the processed workpieces have obvious defects or missed processing, and can operate continuously for 24 hours, reducing machine tool standby time and significantly improving equipment utilization.
