This Injection Molding Pick-and-Place Robot has a load capacity of 20 kg and is designed for 500-1600 ton injection molding machines. With a vertical stroke of 1400-1800 mm and a front-rear stroke of 1100-1200 mm, it is engineered to accurately pick up products and place them in the required positions. It is suitable for two-plate molds or hot runner systems and features functions such as arranging, stacking, quality inspection, and in-mold placement.
