This dual-machine automation system connects two machine tools via left and right manipulators. The central grid-style magazine can hold N workpieces, allowing operators to simply place parts into the magazine.The magazine positions workpieces and signals the manipulator, Truss manipulator feeds raw material to the first machine, Retrieves semi-finished parts and moves to reorientation station，180° rigid flip changes processing surface, Loads second machine and retrieves final product, Returns finished parts to magazine, Single robotic system fully automates production for two machining centers.

Advantages

This dual-machine automated manipulator is compatible with various CNC lathes. It can process both sides of a workpiece in sequence or perform the same operation on two machines simultaneously, achieving fully automated, high-efficiency mass production.

The dual-Z axis design enhances efficiency for short-cycle or A/B surface machining.

Customizable options include grippers, grid or rotary magazines, belt feeders, and plate chain conveyors, tailored to product shape and size.

1.Lathe Machining Loading & Unloading

It is an automated loading and unloading solution tailored for lathes. It enables automatic feeding of bar stocks, disk-shaped parts, etc., and automatic part retrieval after machining, reducing frequent manual operations. It is compatible with various lathe types, including CNC lathes and conventional lathes.

2.Grinder Machining Loading & Unloading

Designed for high-precision machining scenarios of grinders (e.g., cylindrical grinders, surface grinders), it enables accurate positioning and loading of workpieces, as well as damage-free retrieval after machining. This avoids precision deviations caused by manual contact and is suitable for processing small to medium-sized precision metal parts.

3.Machining Center Loading & Unloading

Compatible with vertical/horizontal machining centers, it supports automatic loading and unloading of parts across multiple stations and varieties. It can be linked with the CNC system of machining centers to realize full-process automation of "loading - machining - retrieval", improving equipment utilization.

4.Customized Automated Gantry Robot Loading & Unloading

A gantry robot customized based on enterprise production line layouts and workpiece sizes (e.g., heavy-duty parts, long shaft parts). It connects multiple pieces of equipment via rails to achieve cross-station and long-distance automatic loading and unloading, flexibly adapting to non-standard production scenarios.
